Desktop Computers
These are the things on your desk that everyone your company relies to perform well. When they break, the cries of the user can be heard for miles. We keep them clean, fast, up to date and secure. And if they break, we'll be there as soon as we can to either repair or replace it.
Servers
These are the big, noisy boxes in your comms room or corner of the office. They can cost a small fortune, so we know how important it is to keep them in tip-top shape. If these go wrong, your entire company can be instantly shut down. So we keep our eye on them all the time.
Network Infrastructure
The cables, sockets, hubs, switches, cabinets and everything else that connects your computers together. We'll look after them. If they break, we'll fix them. And we'll keep the costs to a minimum.
Software
Operating Systems
DOS. Linux. Windows. We started with Windows 3.1 back in the day. Now we're up to Windows 8. Doesn't sound like much of a leap, but it was 20 years ago. We know every version of Windows that's been released since then inside out. Whether it's on your desktop, server, phone or tablet. We know Linux too, just in case you've got some of that kicking around.
Productivity
Office. Autocad. Sage. Acrobat. These are the tools you use to actually get things done. We know how to use them, and we know how to fix them when they do weird things.
Server Software
This is the stuff that does a lot of the work you never see or don't care about. Exchange, SharePoint, the 'Active Directory'. This is critical to keep your desktops running the way you want. We don't expect you to know about these systems - that's our job.
